No, unless otherwise stated, we use non-precious metals, such as copper. These metals are often plated e.g. silver plated or rhodium plated. Our jewellery is in keeping with the EU nickel safe guidelines for jewellery.

No, for reasons of hygiene earrings cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Yes, our Returns Policy is the same for Sale Items, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Our Returns Policy lasts 30 days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days for a refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not at the delivery address to sign for the parcel then the delivery firm will usually attempt a further delivery or leave a re-delivery contact form. Alternatively, if the courier deems it safe to do so, they may possibly leave the parcel in a secure location on your premises or with a neighbour. Please note that we cannot be held responsible if you are not at the delivery address to accept your parcel when it is delivered.
